What is TanTan Ramen?
Tantan Ramen is a popular Japanese spin on a noodle dish originating from Sichuan, China. While the variety you can pick up from a street vendor often includes meat in it, our plant-based (vegan & gluten-free) version of this ramen dish tastes just as authentic, delicious & hearty! Gyoza are doughy, pan-fried dumplings stuffed with a variety of fillings that are regular fixtures at ramen shops throughout Japan. They usually come with a signature sauce for dipping.

How will the class be conducted?
The class will be conducted online through Zoom. We will share the Zoom meeting URL in advance.
We do not accept cancellations after settlement. If you cannot attend the lesson we can share the recipe.
