Was finally able to join one of BentoYa Cooking classes yesterday (and learnt how to make ramen, gyoza and even ichigo daifuku)! 

It was incredibly fun, very educational and sooooooo delicious! The teachers (incredible Akiko, Rina and Azusa) have some serious cooking skills, daaaaaamn girls, that was something else, chapeau bas!

So if you’re in Tokyo – go and learn from Bentoya, the best place there is. 
No matter if you’re vegan or not, it’s so worth it!
