Katsu curry is a Japanese take on curry accompanied by a (typically pork) cutlet (katsu). Our variant uses a soy cutlet instead and a plant based curry roux as well. It’s all of the taste and deliciousness in a healthier and more eco-friendly package!

How will the class be conducted?
The class will be conducted online through Zoom. We will share the Zoom meeting URL in advance.
We do not accept cancellation requests after settlement. If you cannot attend the lesson we can share the recipe.
