This class will be held on April 5th 2020 at our Jimbocho Cooking Studio in Tokyo.
Maki sushi is made by wrapping a cluster of vegetable fillings inside rice by using a strip of nori (seaweed). Tempura is an excellent side dish made by batter fried vegetables (and sometimes seafood).
