What is maki sushi & tempura?
Maki sushi is made by wrapping a cluster of vegetable fillings inside rice by using a strip of nori (seaweed). Inari sushi is made by wrapping sushi rice inside a delectably fried tofu pocket. Tempura is an excellent side dish made by batter fried vegetables (and sometimes seafood- not here though!).
