Why do you cook plant-based food?

I became interested in plant-based food because of my love for veggies! I believe many Japanese dishes are very good without using any animal products. I would like to share these delicious dishes with people who are interested in plant-based Japanese cuisine.

Message for those interested in Bentoya's cooking classes

I live in Nerima City, Tokyo, which is easily accessible from central Tokyo (Shinjuku, Shibuya & Ikebukuro). In Nerima you can explore an environment where agriculture and city life is mixed and existing side by side. You can also see how well agriculture operates while being a part of the everyday life in the City. I would like to introduce you not only to Japanese cooking, but also to our lifestyle!
