What is tantan ramen & gyoza?
Tantan Ramen is a popular Japanese spin on a noodle dish originating from Sichuan, China. While the variety you can pick up from a street vendor often includes meat in it, our plant-based (vegan & gluten free) version of this ramen dish tastes just as authentic, delicious & hearty! Gyoza are doughy, pan fried dumplings stuffed with a variety of fillings that are regular fixtures at ramen shops throughout Japan. They usually come with a signature sauce for dipping.
